E-mail Signature
One of the most frequently used forms of communication, e-mail messages, serves as a reflection of St. Catharine College. Because of the wide variety of formats used by faculty and staff, the College has adopted a standardized signature format to help
e-mail signatures fit within the overall branding initiative of St. Catharine College. This standardized format will further reinforce the college's brand identity, as well as convey important contact information.
E-mail signatures should include your name, job title, college address, your phone number and extention, and the college's web address. This information should be in plain text format, to easily accommodate all types of users.

It is required to include both the Facebook and Twitter icons at the bottom of the e-mail signature. The icons are linked to St. Catharine College's social media pages are used to promote SCC's increasing presence on social media sites.
The use of backgrounds or stationery is not permitted. Any personalized line(s) following the email signature reflecting a philosophy, religious or faith quote, etc., should represent the values of St. Catharine College.
