We welcome you to explore the School of Health and Human Sciences' degree offerings here at St. Catharine College. The School has built its reputation on providing solid holistic education to its students, an education anchored in the liberal arts with 'hands on' professional studies. Because of this, our students are well-equipped for varied patient and client care roles in which they are employed, making them more than just technicians, but well-rounded, ethical professionals. All degree offerings enable our students to readily apply knowledge acquired through classroom, technology and clinical environments in the work place. Advanced degree programs afford students even more opportunities. Graduates are positioned to be leaders and models for those engaged in health care, health promotion and mental heath professions.

This is accomplished in a supportive, yet challenging environment, coupling liberal arts with professional health and human sciences coursework. We encourage our students to embrace a positive understanding of self and others and to develop professional competence and critical thinking skills, while arriving at a sense of responsibility for themselves, their patients/clients, community, society and their profession.
